CMT HSS VAPO C\/HZ Circular Saw Blades for Metal<\/h2>\n

The 227.HSS_C\/HZ series is designed for cutting bars, solid sections and thick-walled tubes on dedicated metal-cutting machines. The blades are made from HSS DMo5 high-speed steel with a VAPO surface treatment. Five items are available with a 32 mm bore.<\/p>\n

Application and selection<\/h3>\n

Use manual, semi-automatic or automatic metal-cutting machines with settings suitable for HSS blades. CMT recommends an emulsion or spray oil. Check the material, workpiece section, diameter and mounting before ordering. CMT does not recommend VAPO for bronze, copper or brass.<\/p>\n
