ITA Tools FDP PCD diamond cutters are designed for CNC surfacing and planing of wood-based panels, including MDF and chipboard. This family is distinct from FDH chamfer and V-groove profile tools.

Choose the configuration

D denotes working diameter, I cutting height, L overall length and S shank diameter. PCD cutting geometry depends on manufacturer SKU, with Z2+2, Z3 and Z3+1 designs among the offered variants. Check exact cutter geometry against the manufacturer’s specification.
