Band Saw Blade Welding and Repair

Professional welding of band saw blades for cutting wood, metal, meat and bone, paper and stone. We weld carbon-steel bands and bimetal band saw blades from 8 to 50 mm wide and up to 1.2 mm thick. Work is performed on an IDEAL BAS 050 welding machine with an electronic pyrometer and dedicated cutting and grinding equipment for preparation and finishing of the welded joint.
