MSPU-3 Universal Brush Sanding Machine with Fixed Worktable

The MSPU-3 universal brush sanding machine is designed for sanding, finishing and texturing flat, profiled, routed and relief-patterned components. Manufactured by ABN Echipamente in the Republic of Moldova, the machine features a stable 630 × 630 mm fixed worktable.

The MSPU-3 reduces time-consuming manual sanding and provides a more consistent surface finish. It is particularly suitable for routed furniture fronts, decorative profiles, edges, relief-patterned elements and CNC-machined components.

MSPU-3 applications

Depending on the type of brush installed, the machine can be used for:

• sanding solid wood, MDF and veneer;

The abrasive brush follows the shape of the workpiece and reaches grooves and recessed areas. This makes it possible to process complex profiles without excessively rounding the edges.

Continuously variable spindle speed

The machine is equipped with a frequency inverter, also known as a variable-frequency drive (VFD), which provides continuously variable spindle speed adjustment from 0 to 1,000 rpm.

The operator can precisely adjust the rotation speed according to the material, brush type, abrasive grit and required surface quality. This allows the same machine to be used for both intensive sanding and delicate finishing operations.

Selecting the abrasive brush

The abrasive brush is not included in the standard equipment. It is selected and ordered separately according to:

The MSPU-3 can be equipped with modular abrasive brushes, brushes for intermediate sanding of primed surfaces, profile sanding brushes and specialised brushes for decorative wood texturing.
