Transparent 2K polyurethane primer for interior wood, furniture and doors. High solids, fast drying and easy sanding. For solid wood, veneered and profiled surfaces.
TU0143/00 is a transparent two-component polyurethane primer for interior wood finishing. It is designed for preparing furniture, doors, kitchens, bedroom furniture and other flat or profiled solid-wood and veneered surfaces before final coating.
Technical data
Gloss level: 40%. Application: conventional spray guns. Mixing ratio: TU0143/00 primer 100%, TH0808 hardener 50%, DT1150 thinner 20–40%. Solids: 47 ± 1%. Density: 970 ± 30 g/l. Viscosity DIN 4 at 20°C: 65 ± 5 sec. Pot life: 3–4 hours.
Recommended application: maximum 180 g/m² per coat, maximum 2 coats. Air drying at 20°C and 100 g/m²: 6–8 hours before further processing. Recommended substrate sanding: P120–P150. Shelf life: 24 months.
Applications
Suitable for professional preparation of solid wood, veneered surfaces and furniture components before clear or pigmented finishing. Intended for interior use.
