Description

Service for equipment supplied by ABN

ABN provides technical support, diagnostics, maintenance and repair for machinery and equipment that we supply. Our knowledge of the equipment and direct communication with manufacturers help us address both routine service needs and more complex technical problems.

Brands we service

The service currently focuses on Stomana, Maggi and Wood-Mizer equipment. This is not a final list: as the ABN portfolio and our service capabilities grow, we will add other brands of equipment supplied by us.

Diagnostics, maintenance and repair

We begin by identifying the problem and assessing the technical condition of the machine. Depending on the situation, we determine the required maintenance, adjustment or repair work and identify any spare parts or components that may be needed.

On-site service at the customer’s premises

For machines and equipment that are difficult to transport to our workshop, ABN specialists can visit the customer for diagnostics and, when the nature of the work permits, perform maintenance or repairs at the machine’s installation site.

Manufacturer and international partner support

For non-standard faults or cases requiring additional technical information, we work with manufacturers and our international partners. When necessary, we request documentation, technical recommendations and assistance in identifying an appropriate solution.

Service that grows with the ABN portfolio

Our goal is to support equipment supplied by ABN after delivery as well. The list of supported brands and machine types will therefore continue to be updated and expanded.

Request service

Provide the equipment brand and model, serial number if available, and a description of the problem. Photos or video showing the fault can help with the initial assessment and with determining whether an on-site visit is required.
