Röntgen bi-alfa cobalt M42 Bi-Metal Band Saw Blade 27×0.9 mm
A professional blade for metal-cutting band saws with M42 HSS tooth tips. It is intended for cutting profiles, tubes, bars and solid sections in steel and alloys. The positive rake geometry is also suitable for higher-grade alloyed materials and solid sections.
Choosing the tooth pitch
The pitch should be selected according to the shape and size of the section. Available options are 4/6, 5/8, 8/12 and 10/14 TPI. Coarser pitches are generally used for larger sections, while finer pitches suit profiles and thin walls.
Welded to the required length
ABN welds the blade into a loop to the exact length required for the customer’s machine. For correct selection, provide the blade length, material and workpiece section size.
